Additional Analysis and Services
Survey Questionnaire Options
A. Add additional multi-item question with up to five elements.  For each element over five in a multi-item question there is a $50 charge.
B. Assess your Dues Paying Alumni Association performance with the Membership “Lite” Survey.  Identify key drives and issues for Current Members, Never Members, and Lapsed Members.  Full analysis of the Study across key alumni segments plus specific comparables and profiles for Members, Never Members, and Lapsed Members. Single distribution survey includes up to an additional 5,000 email addresses. Develop completely customized questions or chose from those that have been used and tested.
C. Assessment of Alumni Association Membership (Full) issued for Dues Paying Members, Never Members, and Lapsed Members. Uses separate and unique survey for each group to identify key drivers of association (dues paying) members. Multi-cohort survey of 5,000 for each group (15,000 total distribution) provides full perspective of each group and allows for comparisons to other institutions and AAS peer groups.

D. Provide support, testing verification and codes for Client to do their own distribution for up to 30,000 email addresses. (Contact us for more than 30,000 email addresses.)
E. AAS to distribute internet/email survey to an additional 5,000 email addresses.
F. Add a phone-based survey component for up to 500 completed surveys of standard phone survey length (priced for 250 and 500 completed interviews).
G. Add a print/mail component for 5,000 alumni for standard length survey. Includes printing, postage, return mail postage and data input for up to 750 returned surveys. (Price is an estimate only with discounts available for additional quantities. Client may print and mail surveys at their own expense.)
H. Encourage wide participation in the survey process through an easy to find link on the university or association web site.  (These responses are evaluated separately from sample distribution responses and includes an abbreviated presentation of findings.)

 

Presentation of Study Findings and Results
I. Compare your results with a peer group of 5 to 10 previous Study participants to help put your results in perspective and identify priority issues for each alumni segment.
J. Provide executive summary of survey process and comparison of your results to Study norms or peer group comparables, profiles of key alumni segments, and discussion of implications for programming, communication issues, and annual giving.
K. Send a short email to original distribution list highlighting survey results and providing a link to survey results online (hosted by AAS or Client). 
L. Have AAS Managing Consultant present results and discuss implications to groups at your institution (does not include travel expenses).
