Your Alumni Survey
When you participate in the Alumni Attitude Study, you engage your alumni in a valuable and authentic two-way communication process. In this relationship, you gather relevant information from your alumni while giving them an essential voice in the university.
- The AAS will sharpen your institution’s focus on alumni programs, communications, membership, and giving.
- The well-designed and well-tested base survey will help you understand the overall loyalty, experiences, and perceptions of your alumni.
- Additional, customized questions will address the specific concerns and issues unique to your institution.
We distribute your survey to a randomly chosen sample that accurately represents your alumni population as a whole. Using a variety of survey distribution methods, such as email, web, phone, and print mail, the Study maintains statistical integrity and accounts for selection and non-response biases.
As part of the comprehensive AAS process, we provide each institution with both a preliminary and a final presentation of findings and focus areas for action. Within each presentation, we provide analysis of your programs, communications, loyalty and development across key demographic perspectives. We also help you present your findings and run webinars to encourage discussion and explore how other participants act on their results.
A key component of the survey process is that there are limited staffing and time requirements for your institution. Using your calendar and timeline, AAS oversees the distribution of the instrument as well as the management of a help-desk for questions relating to survey administration and participation.
We support you from start to finish – our experts in survey design, distribution, and analysis will ensure that you get accurate and actionable information.
