The Importance vs. Performance Issue
Every institution wants to know what issues matter most to its alumni. The AAS survey adds another component to this information: we ask alumni how well they think their university currently addresses those issues. Importance/Performance questions identify the most relevant, important issues that also need the most urgent attention.
