Customize Questions/Survey Modules

We offer four survey modules, each with carefully targeted questions, to provide greater insight into specific alumni perceptions and motivators.  Some of these modules are only available to past Study participants.

Increasing Communication Effectiveness:  Uncover what your alumni want to read about, how they prefer to read it (university publications, print media, electronic or direct mail), and how often they want to hear from you.  This module supports and guides your editorial and feature article choices with empirical evidence.

Targeting Programs and Services:  Rank programs and services and measure alumni satisfaction or agitation by alumni segment.  Use this module to develop support for new services and prioritize or refine existing programs.

Motivators for Association Membership:  Identify and understand why (and why not) different age groups join and participate in your alumni association.  Recognize age-specific perceptions and develop strategies to increase and maintain membership over time.

Loyalty and Giving Dynamics:  Identify those interests and values that resonate with each generation of alumni and ignite their desire to donate.  Know which memories strike a familiar, positive chord with alumni and stir them to contribute.
